Abstract
Background penelitiaan entitled "Local Leaders Said Code in Use of Jargon 'Autonomy' in Village District Pagergunung Kesamben Blitar regency," is the discrepancy between the code says local leaders, especially in terms of regional autonomy. This difference is caused by several factors. There are two kinds of speech codes is limited to code and code terjabar. The subject of this study more emphasis on local leaders said code. The problem in this research is how the code says a local leader in the use of jargon associated with the regional autonomy of institutional arrangement, the arrangement of personnel, implementation of the authority, revenue villages, and local political institutionalization. The research is intended to describe the code says a local leader in the use of jargon associated with regional autonomy, (1) institutional arrangements, (2) the arrangement of personnel, (3) implementation of the authority, (4) revenue villages, and (5) institutionalization of local politics . The research method used was descriptive qualitative research method. Being the data in this study is code speech in communications made between the respondents with the researcher. The data was collected using observation and interviews. To maintain the validity of the data, then do recording engineering and technical note. Data were analyzed by describing all the code says a local leader in the use of jargon associated with the regional autonomy of institutional arrangement, the arrangement of personnel, implementation of the authority, revenue villages, and local political institutionalization. From the results of data analysis found two speech codes terjabar code and code that is limited. In terms of institutional arrangement and the arrangement of personnel, limited code more widely used than the code terjabar, among other things terjabar code often used by the head of the village pond and a few head of RT and RW. In connection with the implementation of the authority and the revenue village, a little also terjabar code that uses, among other village chiefs and village heads Pond. With regard to the institutionalization of local politics, the village also more limited use code. Limited codes most widely used by the village secretary and chairman of affairs. Other studies also can continue this research in terms of different places.
