Abstract

This research constitute survey's research that gets title “Influence Motivate for Work Performance To Fire An Employee on KUD Taniluhur Kasembon Malang”. To the effect this research is done which is to know how work performance fires an employee on KUD Taniluhur and also to know fully significantie of influence motivates job for work performance to fire an employee on KUD Taniluhur Kasembon. The data analisis tehnique is utilized which is analisis Scale range to know how job motivation and employee work performance on KUD Tahiluhur Kasembon, Analisis is Regression bifilaring to know job motivation influence the work performance fires an employee on KUD Taniluhur Kasembon. Uji P to know regression coefficient influence significance as a whole or simultan. Base analisis data has being done acquired regression equation y. = 4.731 + 0.166X 1 + 0. 452X 2 + 0,8331 X 3 and of hypthosts testing utilizes to test fhitung as big as 49,356. Meanwhile ftabel are as big as 2,859 since fhitung > F tabel which is 49,356> 2,859 therefore model analisis regression is signifikan. Base observational result above, writer can conclude that better firm party increases or add requirement zoom fire an employee that more motivated employee so gets achievement in perform work that is given to them.
