Abstract

Students’ boarding house that usually is called RUSUNAWA is one of supplying projects to the students’ facility by the University concerning students’ problem in economic social crisis. As we have known, in years all of we need have been more expensive, one of them is students’ boarding house. Concrete is used in material construction because it has the advantages in concrete has the eminence but it has the characteristic of brittle, it can not hold up attractive force voltage. The value of it is about 9% - 15% from the strength of pressure. To solve these problems, it can be done with using steel that functioned as holding up the attractive force voltage. The result of structure calculation of plate floor in 120 mm, it can be shown that the biggest reinforcement in abutment wall is ø 10-200 mm, and in the field is ø 10-200 mm with erecting a framework as ø 8-200 mm. while for plate roof in 100 mm, it can be shown that the biggest reinforcement or erecting a framework in abutment wall is ø 10-250 mm, and in field ø 10-250 mm with erecting a framework as ø 8-250 mm. the major beam structure with 30/40 cm dimension, it can be got that shock surface of framework, the biggest is 4D25 and 3D25 with ø 8-100 mm, while the field of reinforcement is 3D25 with ø 8-170 mm. For column structure dimension that used is 60 x 60 cm and the biggest framework that can be got form the result calculation is 4D25 in each side with ø 10-400. From the structure planning of Armored Concrete based on SNI, it can be said that the structure of building is safe.
