Fundamental problems of this skripsi are about status of law management of ZIS ( Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah) productively in Islam, by taking case example of management of productive ZIS in BMH ( Baitul Mâl Hidayatullah) Malang. This Research aim to to know how condition truthfully management of ZIS ( Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah) and constraints any kind of which is felt as compiler institute, dealer, and utilization of ZIS ( Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah), which is ongenerally the management and execution productively aim to to give solution in overcoming problems of stupidity and poorness In research which have been executed, [is] namely [done/conducted] directly plunge to field, that is perceiving and see occurence alone directly [in] BMH(Baitul Mâl Hidayatullah) Malang, method which is used in data collecting namely interview directly and gathering of formal document of The documents represent fact and data to be depicted by researcher objectively. From result of research [in] BMH ( Baitul Mâl Hidayatullah) Malang Branch, we can know legal fundament used in management of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah productively is Rasulullah SAW: when human being pass away so broken by its charitable, except three case namely jâriyah shadaqah, worthwhile science and also child of sholeh which prayed to its. Legal fundament of its benefit more aimed at is muzakki. Earn is also known by how management of zakat, infaq and, shadaqah productively in BMH (BAITUL Mâl Hidayatulla) which applying of the ZIS executed, the core important at economic area. Management is productively done by way of giving working capital at impecunious society. There are a number of constraint in execution of ZIS ( religious obligatory, and infaq of shadaqah) productively BMH(BAITUL Mâl Hidayatullah) Unlucky Branch) which can be divided to become 2 that is Dig of related/relevant fund source at Muzakki: (1) Depended overweening at donor, (2) Party donor which have kejasama since llama move to other organizer because assuming [party/ side] of BMH (Baitul Mâl Hidayatullah) have gone forward and expand.
