Abstract
Haiti is the second oldest free country in Western hemisphere after United States. Strategically Haiti is important for United States, so when a conflict is happened in Haiti generally will influence United States. Preventive action is needed, one of it is by do an intervention on 1994 when military junta controls Haiti since 1991. On this research, the writer use explanation research method using the secondary data. This research is highlighted on the 1994-1998 United States intervention and its impact on Politics, Economy and Social condition in Haiti. From the result of research, the writer get a conclusion that military intervention is been doing on purpose to end military junta and return the power of president Aristide produce a dominp effect for Haiti. These interventions bring Haiti into democratization to stabilize politic condition. When democracy in Haiti is succeed so the neoliberal purpose is being approved in Haiti. This neoliberal purpose is have been practiced, and it final result is not match with it purpose because it make economy condition become wicked and also give an impact for the social condition in Haiti.
