Keyword : AIESEC, Cultural Adjustment, Exchange Program, UMM students In Indonesia, there are several kinds of exchange program supported by government or companies. Exchange Program is a project of systematic approaches to the acquisition of knowledge through intellectual measure that held based on global issue in the world and one of them is AIESEC exchange program. AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Through AIESECÂ’s Program, the universities in European Union and universities outside the Eropean Union attempts to support student exchange between both of institutions, enhance the benefits of education in the development process. University of Muhammadiyah Malang is one of the universities in Indonesia which has the cooperation program to hold AIESEC. This research focused on AIESEC members of UMM in joining the Europe exchange program. There are three statements of problems in this research. Those are what are the cultural adjustments, what are the problems, and how do AIESEC members solve the problem of cultural adjustment during the Europe exchange program? This research implemented qualitative methods as the research approach to find out the concerned experiences of AIESEC members who faced cultural adjustment in joining the Europe Exchange program. The subjects were five members of AIESEC who once joined exchange program in Slovakia, Bosnia, Turkey and Ukraine. Furthermore, this research were using documents and interviews. The documents were taken from social media and the interviews by using semi structured interview. The result of the analysis found that the AIESEC members of UMM experienced seven cultural adjustment they were food, weather, language, environment, habit, social life and education system. The problems among cultural adjustment were food, weather, language, habit and social life. The ways of the UMM students to solve the problem such as; looking for food in the restaurant, and sight seeing in the market then cooking by themselves, joining local language class, using dictionary and gesture preparing some individual necessity, reduce the activity outside, reject the invitation, and manage money.
