Abstract

The current development has been influenced by information technology, where technology affects the lifestyle of each individual in daily life, especially in educational institutions. The use of information technology in secondary schools includes the utilization of websites. In the current digital era, assessment reports have been transformed into e-Reports. The objective of this research is to conduct a study using the Webqual 4.0 method and multiple linear regression as the data analysis technique. This aims to support continuous improvement in terms of the quality of the e-Report information system. The WebQual 4.0 method is employed to measure the quality level of a website based on end-user perceptions, focusing on three dimensional variables: Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. The WebQual 4.0 method is chosen because it is considered the most appropriate and effective for evaluating the quality of a website. This study evaluates user satisfaction with the e-Report of SMK Sunan Ampel and the factors influencing that satisfaction. The questionnaire results show a coefficient of determination of 82.5%, indicating a very strong relationship between Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality with User Satisfaction. Statistical analysis using the t-test found that Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality positively and significantly influence user satisfaction. The F-test also indicates that the overall dimensions of WebQual have a positive impact on overall user satisfaction. These findings highlight the significant impact of website quality aspects such as usability, information, and interaction on user satisfaction. This research provides crucial insights for the development of e-Reports and a deeper understanding of the factors influencing user satisfaction in the context of educational technology.
