Abstract
This research was survey which title “Pengaruh Faktor motivator dan hygiene terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Perusahaan Sepatu Verona Malang ” The objectives of its was knew the motivation which content of motivator factor and hygiene factor, to knew work satisfaction of employees in Perusahaan Sepatu Verona Malang, to knew influence of motivation to the work satisfaction and the dominant value of them. The population of this research is all of the employees in production department at Perusahaan sepatu Verona which amount 52 persons. The sample method was used total sampling, because it was used all of the number in population. Analyze data tools was used multiple regression. Hypothesis test was used f test and t test and comparing of regression coefficient. Based on analyze data is known that Execution of motivator factor Perusahaan Sepatu Verona Malang included in low category with variable score value equal to 129. Execution of [gift/ giving] of factor of hygiene at Company Of Shoe of Verona Unlucky is included in low category with variable score value equal to 123,8. Satisfaction Of activity Employees Company Of Shoe of Verona Unlucky [is] included in category less satisfied with variable score value equal to 129,86. Pursuant to result of calculation of obtained [by] doubled linear regression analysis [of] coefficient of determinasi ( R2) equal to 0,401, its meaning [of] ability of equation of regression in memprediksi assess variable tied [is] 40,1%. Pursuant to coefficient value of regression known that Factor motivator variable ( X1) equal to 0,769. Coefficient value of regression factor of hygiene ( X2) equal to 0,306. This value indicate that motivator factor have dominant influence to work satisfaction.
