Abstract

Defrayal is supply of money or invoice that can do likened based on acceptance or agreement between banks with other party obliging party financed to refund or the invoice over a period with sharing holder. Defrayal of Moslem law as one of product type with Moslem law principle that is on the market by Kanindo Syariah East Java. This research aim to know level of level of loan colectibility at Kanindo Syariah Jawa Timur and know strategy applied in overcoming defrayal to have problem passed to the client at co-operation. Analyzer applied is colectibility analysis in the year 2007-2009 and analysis of SWOT. Data collecting technique done is by the way of interview technique and documentation technique. Result of analysis calculation level of defrayal colectibility in Kanindo Syariah as a whole indicates that company in giving defrayal from year to year tends to stable. This thing is visible from Kanindo Syariah, data as a whole in the year 2007 equal to Rp 6.091.741.267, the year 2008 Rp 7.569.678.117, while for the year 2009 experiencing increase of Rp 11.149.674.440. From result of this research writer can conclude that Kanindo Syariah East Java included in colectibility category A or fluent. This thing do proved with loan rate of return by last three years that is 2007, 2008, and 2009 reaching more than the defrayal total. Kanindo Syariah East Java to be more increase security and observation of defrayal and must follow defrayal-vesting procedure carefully.
