Abstract

This Research represent case study PT. Tetra Kimia Mulia Mojokerto with title " Influence Of Training To Performance Employees Part Of Production PT. Tetra Kimia Mulia Mojokerto. Target of this research is to know training of employees, to know employees performance, and to know signifikan influence of training to employees performance part of production PT. Tetra Kimia Mulia Mojokerto. In this research, writer take hypothesis anticipated training have an effect on signifikan to employees performance part of production PT. Tetra Kimia Mulia Mojokerto. Analyzer used to know signifikan influence of training to employees performance part of production of analysis span scale, to know how training of employees part of production. And analysis of regresi linear modestly to know influence of training to employees performance part of production PT. Tetra Kimia Mulia Mojokerto. Pursuant to result of analysis which have indicated that PT. Tetra Kimia Mulia Mojokerto pursuant to result of calculation span scale can know that training part of production of included in good category equal to 211, while result of from employees performance of included in category very high equal to 217, and training variable have influence which is signifikan to employees performance variable part of production PT. Tetra Kimia Mulia Mojokerto with value of Fhitung > Ftable ( 96.957 > 4.000) with storey;level influence of performance equal to 60.6% owning correlation equal to 0.779 between performance and training. Pursuant to conclusion above, writer of implication can that better PT. Tetra Kimia Mulia Mojokerto to have other training method so that execution of training can be better again, for example by adding conducted event concept outside room like outbound and there is special policy to
