Abstract

This Research represent in study case at Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency Of Malang, in the title "Influence Of Conflict To Performance Employees at Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency Of Malang". Target of this Research is to know the conflict that in Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency Of Malang seen from conflict between individual and conflict between group from Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency Of Malang , to know employees performance Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency Of Malang, to know influence of conflict to employees performance Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency Of Malang. Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency Of Malang seen from conflict between individual and conflict between group, and to know variable of conflict most having an effect or dominant to Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency Of Malang employees performance. In this research, writer take two hypothesis: existence of influence which is significant there are conflict between individual and conflict between group to Performance Employees at Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency Of Malang., and conflict between individual variable that have most dominant influence to employees performance at Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency Of Malang . Task of this analyze in this research consist of span scale ( to know how storey; level of conflict and performance), doubled linear regression ( to know [relation/link] and how strength influence of free variable to variable tied), test of F ( for the significance test of influence of free variable to variable tied by simultant or totally), R Square ( to know hand in glove degree [of] coefficient or [relation/link] of determinant [among/between] free variable with variable tied), and test of T ( to know free variable significant to variable tied by partial). Result of analyze by using scale known that conflict which consist of conflict between individual and conflict between group at Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency Of Malang employees low pertained. For conflict between individual pertained (low) with number 70,75, for conflict between group pertained (low) with number 69,17, for employees performance pertained (low) with number 108,4. By using doubled linear regression result of the obtained [is] 0,004 for conflict between individual [of] this matter indicate that if storey; level of conflict between individual mount one set of hence employees performance will be uphill ( positive) equal to numbers above. And -0,167 for conflict between group [of] this matter indicate that if storey; level of conflict between individual mount one set of hence employees performance will be downhill ( negative) equal to numbers above. By using test of F can be concluded that by simultant conflict which [is] consist of conflict between individual and conflict between group have an effect on to this matter employees performance [is] proved with f value [count/calculate] < F of[is tables of (0,461 < 5,41). By using R Square, got [by] result 0,026 indicating that 2,6% change of employees performance storey; level influenced by conflict. While by using test of t can be concluded that variable of conflict most having an effect on [job/activity] of employees performance that conflict between group variable, this is proved that this variable have coefficient of regression biggest that is -0,167. From result of analyze above hitting influence of conflict to the performance can be take by the conclusion that conflict at Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency Of Malang is low pertained but the employees performance is high pertained. Conflict between individual and conflict between group haven’t an effect which significant to employees performance, and from two variable of conflict existing in this research, the most dominant conflict that can be effect on the employees performance although result of research have known that conflict between individual and conflict between group haven’t an effect significant to employees performance at Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency Of Malang. But writer can conclusion between that two variable of conflict existing in this research, the most dominant conflict is conflict between group . Based on to conclusion above, writer suggest the manager to be creating and defending which optimally conflict level can be identification are weaknesses and wrongly from employees so can to get effective and efficiently performance, not too authoritative attitude on opinion or idea from employees especially complain effect of work task to confront by employees and available a pair hidden camera on each part of department at Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Government Regency of Malang. So it will be easy to control the activity of employees in order to achieve effective and efficient performance.
