Abstract

The purpose of this research, first, to knowing growth of sectoral economics in Sub-Province of Magetan. Second, knowing bases sector or sector which have potency to in Sub-Province of Magetan. Third, knowing shift or change of sectoral economics in Sub-Province of Magetan. To know growth of sectoral economics in Sub-Province of Magetan year 2000-2005 using percentage analysis. Analyse of Location Quentient (LQ) used to know sector which have potency or bases sector exist in Sub-Province of Magetan, while analysis of Shift Share used to know how big shift or change of economic structure Province East Java having an effect on to economic structure in Sub-Province of Magetan in the year 2000-2005. By using percentage analyse, growth of sectoral economic mean Sub-Province of Magetan year 2000-2005 as a whole experience of improvement can be seen from the increasing of total percentage PDRB Sub-Province of Magetan from year to year from year 2000-2001 equal to 2,79%, year 2001-2002 equal to 3,01%, year 2002-2003 equal to 3,63%, year 2003-2004 equal to 3,68%, year 2004-2005 equal to 4,02%. By means of analyse Loqation Quatient ( LQ) known that in Sub-Province of Magetan representing sector which have potency or bases sector is agricultural sector, building sector/ kontruction and services sector. While sector is not bases or potency or do not for example mining sector, industrial of processing, electrics, clean water and gas, commerce, restaurant and hotel, communications and transportation and also finance, company service and rental. By using analyse of Shift-Share known that shift or change of economic structure in Sub-Province of Magetan equal to 370.879,78 in influencing by shift or change of economic structure in East Java equal to 458.281,18 however influence of industrial hotchpotch in Sub-Province of Magetan show negative value, its meaning opportunity of job in compared to bigger industrial sector opportunity of job in agricultural sector that is equal to 53.053,12 people, while influence of shift or change of structure excellence of economics kompetitif in Sub-Province of Magetan still tardy because showing negative value that is equal to 34.348,28. Level growth of economics in province will influence level development of economics in a area. See the condition of economics in Sub-Province of Magetan which still less, hence needed by role of government to determine an policy capable to to give its role in development of area economics.
