Abstract
This research is a case study on PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Branch Bau-Bau, Sulawesi Tenggara. With the title Comparative Analysis of Effectiveness of Internet Payment Speedy In Bank And Post Office. The purpose of the research is to investigate the application of internet access payment systems against the Bank and Post Office and to know the payment efeltifitas Speedy internet access at the Bank and Post Office. Kind research used is descriptive, ie describing and explaining the existing data to provide a snapshot of the situation and the conditions experienced, as well as activities undertaken within the company. Based on the results of the study, with the same system between the Bank and Post Office, payment in Bank BNI 46 highly effective compared with the payment through Post Office. This is evident by the number of household customers who use the Speedy. Most customers are employees and Bank BNI 46 locations in the office making it easier for customers to make payments to the Bank.
