Abstract
Human right in Islam is right in other people such creature of God and that grace mut be respect and protect of state, law, and government an to other people. Human in lslam is same, nothing human have excess different because the colour of skin or because poor or rich. Human think in Islam can take religious what people want and ini Islamnothing to compulsion. Some one to leave the believed. Something principal to get absolute, Islam use two methode to save them : 1. charge all people to respect with other humans; 2. charge all peoples to have what they believe must to e care about that. The reason can be konflik is : 1. the social different is nothing; 2. everything about discrimination must to leave. Human right not to just individu but must be responship other people.
