Abstract

After the bankruptcy of PT. CGA was declared, the supervisory judge appointed PT. HDR as the new manager recommended by the curator. In an effort to determine how to settle the bankruptcy assets management of the Dinoyo City Mall and Market with the business owner, PT HDR, the mall's manager, carried out the solution so that the Dinoyo Mall can resume operations. The author conducts field research using the Empirical Juridical research approach, which looks at relevant legal provisions and social reality. Within PT Dinoyo City Mall Management. HDR Enters into a cooperation agreement between PT HDR as the first party and business owners as the second party, which is a type of Right to Use Business Premises agreement. This cooperation agreement complies with Article 1320 of the Civil Code regarding the conditions for the validity of the agreement. And in its management, PT.HDR does not always run smoothly, many business owners complain regarding relocation for the development of Dinoy City Mall, so PT.HDR tries to resolve these problems through mediation assisted by our DPL as their attorney. The author's advice regarding the problems at Dinoyo City Mall is in managing bankrupt assets by developing the operations of Dinoyo City Mall by attracting large businesses, for example mr.DIY and royal ATZ.
