Abstract
This research represent research of case study at On Duty Monetary Organizer of Sub-Province of Lumajang period 2001-2006 with title " Analyse Efektifitas Imposition Earth Building ( PBB) and Contribution To Earnings Of Area Sub-Province of Lumajang". Target of this research is to know realization and goals, mount Earth Building imposition efektifitas ( PBB), to know result of Land Tax Building to make-up of acceptance of area and also to know the effort government in improving PBB. In this research use analysis of efektifitas and contribution analysis. While data the used data of skunder and its data technique use documentation method and interview. Research type which used in this research is descriptive type qualitative. Its data collecting that is by using Documentation method and Interview. Technique analyse data the utilized Analysis Goals and Realization, Analyse Efektifitas and Analysis Contribution. Result of from this research indicate that ratio of efektifitas PBB Sub-Province of Lumajang period 2001-2006 have is effective. With percentage of year 2001 reaching 81,71%, year 2002 reaching 134,45%, year 2003 reaching 133,64%, year 2004 reaching 144,32%, year 2005 reaching 141,29% and year 2006 reaching 146,50%. Contribution of PBB to Earnings of Area year 2001 equal to 3,41%, year 2002 equal to 3,30%, year 2003 equal to 3,44%, year 2004 equal to 3,99%, year 2005 equal to 4,00% and year 2006 equal to 4,37%. Thereby can be concluded that acceptance of PBB sub-province of Lumajang of period 2001- 2006 have effective though happened fluctuation. Contribution of PBB to Earnings Of Area Sub- Province of Lumajang still small relative, this matter caused by percentage of growth of earnings of compared to bigger area of growth of Land Tax Building.
