Abstract

This research has title Citizen s Satisfaction Analysis to The Public Attendance Into Agro Polity in Malang Regency (Study on Government of Poncokusumo District) . The purpose of this research is to know how far citizen s satisfaction to the public attendance into agro polity on Poncokusumo District (Regency of Malang) is. Basically, public attendance is a kind of attendance that was held by the government, both, central and region government. So, one of the efforts into agro polity in Poncokusomo District was enhancing the public attendance. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, by survey method, and the procedure in taking the sample was using Accidental Sampling method, and the analysis method on this data was using tabulation. The overall of this research, it can be known that 74, 24 % citizens are satisfied and 25, 76 % citizens have not been satisfied to the public attendance. On the aspect of government, citizens who have satisfaction on public attendance are 71,96 %, and citizens with no satisfaction are 28,04 %. On economic development, the citizens with satisfaction on public attendance are 65, 5 % and 34, 45 %, they are with no satisfaction on it. From the aspect of land and its asset, the citizens with satisfaction to the public attendance are 85, 21 %, and 14, 76 %, they are with no satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is, the overall of public attendance on the District of Poncokusumo was good enough. But, there were several barriers that must be enhanced for public attendance, especially for the justice, acceleration, and the cost of administration. The solution that was given to handle the problem was giving an appropriate and adequate facility in order to get better public attendance. Besides that, we need a reformation for the rules, so the public attendance can be done effectively and efficiently. And it needed to be given intensive knowledge about service of Building permission, so the citizen was more understand of it.
