Abstract
This research is descriptive research at Local Government of Sub-Province Bojonegoro with title " Performance Measurement of Finance of Sub-Province Bojonegoro with method Value For Money". Purpose of this research is to explain finance performance of government Kabupaten Bojonegoro during period 2003-2006. Data analytical technique applied to explain finance performance of government Kabupaten Bojonegoro tesebut is do calculation to activity ratio, growth ratio, economics ratio, effectivity ratio, efficiency ratio from the year 2003-2006. Result of calculation financial ratios indicates that first of activity ratio in the year 2003 to 2006 indicating that usage of aloksi surplus funds many applied for public shopping meaned public shopping percentage applied to provide ever greater public economics facilities and basic facilities. Both growth ratioes of PAD shows number which are positive in the year 2004 and 2006, while the year 2005 showing negative number. This thing is because of amounts PAD obtained by pemeintah area lower than year before all. While earnings growth ratio in the year 2003 to 2006 showing positive number of waulaupun its(the percentage fluctuates. With knowing of growth for each component source of earnings and expenditure, can be applied with evaluating which potencys need to be paid attention and developed. Third economic ratio indicates that the year 2003 to 2006 in general can be told is economic because less than 100 % although tends to fluctuating. Fourth of effectivity ratio shows the year 2003 to 2005 in general is told have been effective because more than 100 % and the year 2006 not effective because less than 100 %. Fifth of efficiency ratio the year 2003 to 2006 showing kineja finance of government Bojonegoro efficient sedah because less than 100 %.
