Abstract
An efficient inventory management system is crucial in supporting the Company’s spare part warehouse operations. This research aims to design and implement an Excel VBA-based digitazation system at PT Jaya Etika Beton with a focus on improving the operational efficiency of the spare parts warehouse. The research method used is a qualitative method with a system development life cycle model and implementation using Excel VBA. The result showed that the digitization system made a positive contribution to the monitoring and management of stock items, increased data search speed, and efficiency in the warehouse operational process. The conclusion of this research is that the system can be integrated successfully into the Company’s operational environment, providing a significant increase in the efficiency of data collection management in the pare part warehouse.
