Abstract

Digitality level is position or degree of value in the condition of living in a digital culture. Digitality level is very important in teaching learning process at a school, because it is very useful for student to study. The student is always use technology at school as laptop, computer, or cell phones to increase education. The students can understand the kind of digitality and how to do it. By digitality, students can understand easily the lesson that is given by the teacher. The students also get more information about knoledge. The teachers, digitality is very useful in teaching, because they do not need to write or explain the lesson. Related to the statement above, this study was conducted to know the digitality levels of high school students in SMAN I SAMPANG MADURA. The research design of this study was descriptive quantitative research. The population of this study is all of the students of SMAN I SAMPANG. The sample of this study is taken by using purposive sampling and the result is X-A grade to be sample that cosisted of 34 students of SMAN I SAMPANG. The instrument used in this research is rating scale (scale likert). After the researcher collected and analized the data, the writer found that the result of the digitality levels of SMAN I SAMPANG students were High with 73 score and there were several factors that made the students had a high digitality levels. the students had a complete facility in their school. The students always followed the development of technology in this era. The students had a technology to support their learning process such as students had computer at home, and mobilephone with internet program. The teachers were not limited to use electronic or technology in school.
