Abstract

Usage of directional and effective labour represent key efficacy of company, for that required by policy in using labour to be will work more productive as according to plan which have been specified Target of research is to know communications that happened at CV. Swadiri Selomas Malang. To know storey level satisfaction of employees activity at CV. Swadiri Selomas Malang. To know do communications have an effect on signifikan to satisfaction of employees activity at CV. Swadiri Selomas Malang. Usefulness of research to company that is can be made upon which consideration in thinking out related to communications at CV. Swadiri Selomas Malang. used Analyzer that is spanning and scale of regresi linear modestly with test F. Pursuant to result of calculation of mean span communications variable scale scored a point equal to 301,89 meaning that communications that happened at CV. Swadiri Selomas Malang enter in good category. Result of calculation of mean span scale for the variable of satisfaction of activity scored a point equal to 303,25 meaning that satisfaction of employees activity at CV. Swadiri Selomas Malang enter in high category. The result can prove that during the time in working in company employees have high satisfaction related to communications process that happened in company. Pursuant to equation of regresi obtained by coefficient of regresi communications variable that is equal to 0,339, the mentioned show the existence of influence of communications variable to satisfaction of employees activity. This matter is supported with result of examination of hypothesis by using test of F obtained F value of tables of equal to 5,150 and F count him obtained equal to 234,009. so that from calculation above can know that Ho refused and Ha accepted. Thereby can be concluded that employees communications have influence which is signifikan to satisfaction of activity employees at CV. Swadiri Selomas Malang. Pursuant to conclusion from result of research, hence raised some suggestion that is as follows expected by head in giving information to employees done clearly so that can change attitude employees, so that employees earn more holding responsible in working in company and can support to the effort attainment of company target. In doing company head communications shall expected to be done simply with language using which is easy to be understood so that employees can accept better of and duty of responsibility which must be done. To be expected by company head to increase ability in giving information / its opinion in giving information or message either through oral and also article to employees on the chance of employees can execute the duty maximally.
