Type of this research is survey research, where the researcher conducts observation to collect data that the research is only making note as the way it is. Further, analyzing and interpreting data of aircraft service of Sriwijaya Air track of Malang –Jakarta under the title of “Analysis of Marketing Mixture Variabel Effected to Purchasing Decision (Case Study on the Passenger of Sriwijaya Air Flight Track of Malang – Jakarta) Based on the conclusion of research result, hence it is suggested some suggestions that are for the management of Sriwijaya Air it is expected to give more facilitates for the passenger candidates to use Sriwijaya Air Flight service track of Malang-Jakarta. The real step that can be done is to augment the number of official ticket agent, so that it can give facilitation for the passenger candidates to obtain their required ticket. Besides, it is expected that ticket agent seek for the strategic location which is easy to be reached both by using private and public transportation in order to make the passenger candidates able to reach the location easily. It is expected the ticket agent give the clear information about the departure schedule, so that the passenger can depart according to the determined schedule. For the other researcher who want to continue this research, it is expected to accomplish it by using other significant variables to passenger satisfaction and it is hoped to add the number of research samples.
