Problems of line of balancing in stream of productions sometimes still disregarded by company, though practically the problem of line of balancing represent one other playing a part important in accomplishment of goals produce which have been planned. Co-operation of INTAKO at factory division which located in sidoarjo tanggulangin represent co-operation yielding is multifarious of woman bag type manner. Problems faced by co-operation of INTAKO is frequently the existence of addition of office hours this matter overtime is resulted cannot fulfill request of caused by market to lower him is amount of production effect of less as well-balanced as production trajectory. In the effort finishing the problem used by method of rank weight position and of region approach representing method of heuristic with approach of error and trial for comparing is condition of early with condition of after planning of line method of balancing at co-operation of INTAKO. covering delay balance, trajectory efficiency, and production output. Pursuant to result of analysis in the reality from both method got by result of calculation of delay balance early 23% decreasing to become 21% with method of rank weight position. And 17% with method of region approach. While trajectory efficiency from condition of early equal to 77% mounting to become 79% with method of rank wight position, and 83% with method of region approach. Output produce woman bag mount from condition of early 1848 unit / month become 2662 unit / month with method of rank weight position, and 2464 unit / month with method of region approach. Because [at] this case which more emphasized its production output hence planning of line of balancing with method of rank weight positional can be used in trouble-shooting at co-operation of INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo.
