Abstract

Research taken is having the character of survey, its meaning perception may not at all influence the happening of data, where researcher observation in data collecting at Library Of Malang Public Town with title “Analysis Satisfaction Of Visitor To The Quality Of Service Library Of Malang Public Town”. Target of this research is to know storey;level satisfaction of visitor of Library Of Malang Public Town of dimension is quality of service activities (direct evidence, reliability, energy listen carefully, guarantee, and empathy) given and to know variable is quality of service activities which need to be improved to utilize to fulfill satisfaction of visitor of Library Of Malang Public Town. Technique Analysis the utilized with formula Make an index to Satisfaction. Pursuant to result of solution and research which have been hence can be pulled the following conclusion: as a whole visitor of Library Of Malang Public Town feel to dissatisfy to the quality of service which have been given. Variable is quality of service which need to be improved by physical evidence variable, because assumed of vital importance but management not yet executed as according to desire of visitor and become especial priority. Concerning variable is quality of service lionized by cutomer and have been executed better by Library Of Malang Public Town cover book censor, to the number of module collection, available research report magazine and available of loker. Variable is quality of service which according to visitor less important and its execution by Library Of Malang Public Town so-sos that is hitting clean toilet, amenity in accessing other reading materials or book, energy listen carefully officer overcome sigh of visitor to the problem of faced and also guarantee speed of service. Concerning quality of assumed service less important by visitor but its performance have been run excellently by Library Of Malang Public Town is so that assumed abundant cover variable at luxury building, peripheral of available computer, availibility of journal kliping, service of internet available, available information board, accuracy of service time at visitor, according to record-keeping of administration, organizer give is same service to all visitor, balmy environmental atmosphere, staff or officer which expert in giving service, amenity transact, sociability of officer in giving visitor service, friendliness of officer and also attention of officer in handling requirement of visitor. Pursuant to conclusion from result of research, hence raised some suggestion that is as follows: expected to be more improve the quality of service to visitor which as a whole do not give satisfaction. In order to to create satisfaction to visitor hence expected to provide suggestion box and pay attention facilitys able to support activity all visitor in library.
