Abstract
Protection of law to child represent activity guarantying and protecting child and his rightss so that earning life, grow, expanding and have achievement to and also get protection of discrimination and hardness. While children right is the part of human right which is obliged to fulfill by old fellow, family, society, State and nation. This Research take the following problem formula 1. How form execution of protection of law to child as hardness victim in Polres Malang? 2. Constraint any kind of faced by Investigator in order to execution of protection of law to child becoming hardness victim in Polres Malang ? This Research use method approach of sosiologis yuridis, by using data collecting method through interview with Detective party specially part of RPK ( Special Room Handling). Location Research in Polres Malang as place intake of primary data. Later;Then data from result of the research analysed descriptively. reported data in Polres Malang of year 2006- July 2007 is 67 orang,dan obtained about datas about amount of case, victim gender, perpetrator gender, victim age, perpetrator age, relation victim relationship with perpetrator, affect hardness to victim. Its conclusion, Form Protection to child as hardness victim, given by Polres Malang that is passing; konseling, advokasi, program of outreach which have pursuant to exist in Law of No 23 year 2004 about Abolition Of Hardness In Household and Law Number 23 Year 2002 About Protection of Child Constraints faced Polres Malang that is internal constraint, for example; room of konseling, financing.
