Abstract

Counsellor : (1) Zakarija Achmat, M.Si (2) Tri Muji Ingarianti, M.Psi. Keyword : organizational climate, satisfaction of job ________________________________________ If organizational climate give atmosphere which is conducive and pleasure, it is of course will generate behavior matching with organizational expectation or company and will generate to feel to like at employer self to the result of its work, conversely also. Other words, if organizational climate is conducive can create separate satisfaction to all employers. Each every individual will have view about organizational climate which is contusive and satisfied is different according of value systems going into effect of self. The problem of this research is there is relation between organizational climate and satisfaction of job of all employers of PT. Putra Sala Group Ponorogo. While intention of this research is to know relation between organizational climate and satisfaction of job all employers of PT. Putra Sala Group Ponorogo. This research represent quantitative research is non experiment. The subject of this research is 25% from amount of entire all employers of PT. Putra Sala Group Ponorogo, that is counted of 41 people. The method of data collecting use organizational climate scale and satisfaction scale of passed to job which give to responder for directly. This research validity use correlation of product moment, and test its reliable use of alpha cronbach. While its data analysis use of product moment. And this research result can be concluded that there is positive relation and very significant between organizational climate and satisfaction of job with correlation (r) equal to 0,773 and mistake probability value (p) equal to 0,001. The matter, this means is positive of progressively organizational climate at PT. Putra Sala Group Ponorogo, hence excelsior and also mount satisfaction of job at all employers, conversely progressively organizational climate negativity at company hence progressively lower also mount satisfaction of employees job. As for effective contribution of organizational climate and satisfaction of job equal to 59,8%.
