Growth of fast technology result climate emulation of business progressively tighten, this matter will push the increasing of requirement of comprehensive information, timely and relevant so that taken decision precisely also. Information is necessary for company especially in compilation of strategy to reach excellence of competitive so that company can stay in this global emulation, to win emulation, company have to conscript and centering and capability of commitment entire a all employees in developing company future. Effort to increase the things can be done / conducted with measurement of performance periodical so that can analyze result, which have been reached and evaluate performance entire / all component. These days measurement of insufficient monetary performance express real company performance, so that developed by a measurement of contemporary performance. One of the measurement of that contemporary performance is the balanced scorecard system. Conception balanced scorecard in general measure company performance from four in perspective that is in perspective of finance, customer/client, internal business process, and study and growth. Balanced scorecard give clear framework for all employees to yield monetary performance through materialization various performance of non-finance with informance technology of balanced scorecard communicated to entire / all employees in realizing various strategic target which have been specified can be done / conducted, this research use approach qualitative with descriptive method which have the character of case study as research device. Datas the used is primary data in the form of monetary compendium and information of non-finance, indicator the used is ROE, profit margin on sales, sales growth. Result of research show company of shoe of PT. Kasin of imbalance in perpective fourth of it, this matter represent especial constraint in efficacy of process learning strategic. Management claimed active in evaluating also motivate emplotees so that can reach for final of output satsying. Balanced scorecard having the character of comprehensive, kohoren, well-balanced, and measured can be of benefit to its user because giving feedback to manager in identitying problem, evaluating and assisting to solve problem the so that can good for assisting company operational. Can be enabled by if / when company of shoe of PT. Kasin apply balanced scorecard as its operational base in motivating entire all its business component will win emulation in this globalization era because giving feedback which are positive to manager for the efficacy of company.
