Abstract
In order to fight poverty, one of the efforts was by empowering micro, small, and moderate business since this business organization has proved itself as the base of Indonesian economic through self-endurance. It could be seen along the economic crisis hit this country. Besides, micro, small, and moderate business organization were most of sector ruled by Indonesian society. Small industries was hoped become alternative in absorbing larger workforce. This sector has strong endurance in various uncertain economic conditions. According to the thing, the writer has interest to reveal more in research titled Analysis of Sandal Small Industries at Mojokerto . This research aimed to reveal the characteristic, income, and efficiency level of Sandal small industries at Prajurit Kulon Sub-district, Mojokerto City. The result stated that Sandal small industries have characteristics: largest work force in middle age between 25 to 35 years old. Education work force level 50% high school. The capital ranged at 20 to 39 million, by average efficiency 1.33. So, that could be said that Sandal small industries were efficient. From the income, Sandal small scale industries at Prajurit Kulon efficiency of Mojokerto City was good since the income was large with enough efficiency.
