Abstract
Working at UMM means working for Muhammadiyah. Thus, all parts of UMM should know and practice the values of Islam and everything related to Muhammadiyah/Agama Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) better than the general public. That is why, UMM always motivate employees to continue to learn and appreciate AIK, as the AIK stabilization program for employees, Saturday-Sunday (11/13-14), in Rusunawa of UMM.
