The writer also used interview with the practice teachers to complete the data. The finding showed that practice teachers could not implement all the steps written in the lesson plan. From the observation, it was found that, there were mismatching between the steps written in lesson plan and teaching and learning process happened in the classroom. Then, from the interview, the teacher explained that they only could consistently implement the first phase; pre-teaching. Moreover, in whilst-teaching and post-teaching they faced some problems related to readiness of teaching, class condition, students’ competency, and in arrangement of the teaching activities used. Thus, from the summary of the result, it can be concluded that teaching and learning process is flexible and adaptable, so the implementation of lesson plan is not always in line with what written in lesson plan.
