Listening is one of English skills. In teaching listening, the teachers usually need school facilities especially language laboratory. Language laboratory and media are very important for listening teaching and learning process because those can support the process and can make the students interested in listening learning process. Teachers sometimes get difficulties if there is no language laboratory or other media in the school. Without being supported by school facility, the teacher was difficult to deliver the material to the students and the students did not focus on teacherÂ’s explanation. The teacher has some ways to solve the problems: 1) persuading the students to be consistent in the rule of learning process and comprehension, 2) having the students to prepare theirselves to study in any condition, 3) inviting the students to play game in the teaching learning process of listening, 4) teaching how to pronounce the word or sentence correctly, 5) and using the gratify method in order to make the students feel comfort. From the five solution he did, there was only one solution which worked. It was training on how to pronounce the word or sentence correctly. It made students more active in teaching and learning activity.
