This research is a study conducted in PT. Telkom Branch Bojonegoro with title “The Effect Of Cultural Quality Characterize to Service Quality in PT. Telkom Branch Bojonegoro”. The research’s aim is to know the effect of cultural quality characterize to service quality in PT. Telkom Branch Bojonegoro. The analyzer to analyze the power of cultural quality character in pt. Telkom Branch Bojonegoro is scale distance analisis. Meanwhile, to know service quality is simple linier regression. From the scale distance analysis shows that culture quality character in PT. Telkom Branch Bojonegoro is very strong. With 128 point for score in 126 - 150 criteria, with that scale distance shows very strong character. And service quality is good, with 121 point, in 102 – 125 criteria. From simple linier regression with coefficient determination (R2) 0,554, mean that service quality influencing by cultural quality characteristic for 55,4%, and the other, bout 44,6% influencing by other factors. From simple linier regression know Y = 0,808 + 0,754 + e, and hypothesis test (F) to know influence of cultural Characterize to service quality PT. Telkom Branch Bojonegoro is simultaneous variable characteristic test. The result is FCount 5,895 and FTable 1,697, because of FCount > FTable , so Ho rejected, mean there is effect significant between cultural quality characterize variable and service quality PT. Telkom Branch Bojonegoro.
