Abstract

Children with Special Needs (ABK) should have been borne by the state. International convention and state constitution mandated that the abnormal children and the extraordinary ones have rights to obtain the same education with normal children. However, the problem often faced is still about the readiness of schools, teachers and social environment which could not accept yet.
