Abstract
Muhammadiyah observer from Chiba University Japan, Prof. Nakamura Mitsuo, said that as the strength of civil society, Muhammadiyah can be a social safety net. At the moment of country experiencing difficulty and crisis, the social organization such as Muhammadiyah can be relied upon as a strength savior to the community.
