Abstract

This development research is stimulated by the problems that arise in the students' Hjaiyah letters learning process that most of students who do not follow the Qur'an learning activities outside of school in the institution (TPQ) have difficulty in understanding Hijaiyah letters, as well as the condition that not conducive in learning process of students indicating boredom in the following teaching and learning activities. The use of methods or media only refers to a particular type, can cause a sense of boredom students to the lesson. According to that cause, the formulation of the problem in this research is, how the form of Hijaiyah letters media learning effective and fun for students class II of SDN Sidomulyo 02 Batu? This research aims to produce instructional media that packaged attractive, effective and efficient in the learning process Hijaiyah letters in class II of elementary school. This study uses research and development with a descriptive qualitative approach and quantitative statistics, the research subjects were elementary school second grade students. The selection of class II in SDN Sidomulyo 02 is based on the analysis of learning problems that arise. Collecting data in this study is done through observation and analysis of expert validation of the instructional media package developed by researchers. While the analysis of the data using descriptive analysis model percentage. The research development of instructional media package produces training materials such as books and letters Hijaiyah media flash-based interactive learning. Results of the content validity experts and interactive media flash with a percentage score of 90.96% and 90.60%, it can be categorized as a medium of learning is very good. Media content expert validation and a second to produce exercise books percentage score of 84.80% and 81%, the results of field testing of the flash-based interactive media to obtain a percentage score of 83.86% and exercise books get a percentage score of 86.81%, so this media can be categorized as good, and can be used to support the learning process of Hijaiyah letters in SDN Sidomulyo 02 Batu.
