Abstract

This Research is executed on 14 January until 19 January 2008, in Technological Laboratory of Result Livestock Faculty Of Veterinary - Fishery Muhammadiyah University of Malang. Information concerning bird flu and anthrax seemingly is heaven wind for breeder of hare. "Some of consumers take to hare flesh" mean requirement of protein of animally can fulfill from hare livestock. Pursuant to background hence, problem formula the checked is "Is Amputation Influential To Rate Fat And of Texture Halfblooded Flesh Hare of New Zealand?" The formula problem send at research target that is to know of old age influence of amputation to fat rate and of texture hare flesh of New Zealand. This research use Complete Random Device by 4 treatments that is 6, 8, 12, 24 and repeated 4 times (Hanafiah, 1991). As for method of mathematic of the device according to Stall Story and (1990) cs with data result of research is hereinafter processed with variation of analysis, if result analyze variation of show real influence will be continued with Different test of Smallest Reality Result of research show the make-up of halfblooded hare flesh fat rate of New Zealand start the have to 6 (PO); 12 (P2) and 24 (P3) month of with value massage: 3,69; 9,88 and 15,66 while special of old age 8 months (natural Hare PI) of degradation of fat rate (8,90). Conclusion of which can told from this research result is : amputation have an effect on very real to fat rate and have an effect on reality to halfblooded hare flesh texture of Masculine New Zealand. Suggestion able to be given is expected and can be made reference for society, is so that got by beneficial amputation both for breeder and sale of product of process halfblooded hare flesh of New Zealand.
