Abstract

Personality and Leadership Formation Program (P2KK) remained the mainstay of UMM in preparing university students before entering the real campus world. P2KK was initiated by rector of UMM, Dr. Muhadjir Effendy, MAP, as a platform for the students character formation long before the character education issues lively discussed in the society. "UMM students come from different origins and backgrounds, so the treatment is necessary in order to build a closer equivalent view of the personality and leadership," said Muhadjir.
