PENGARUH KESELAMATAN KERJA DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (PT.Multi Sarana Agro Mandiri)

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health
(K3) on employee performance and to determine whether job satisfaction mediates
the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance. This
research was conducted at PT.Multi Sarana Agro Mandiri in the production section.
Research with a total of 89 employees as respondents. sampling technique
usingsimple random sampling with a measuring instrument based on the Slovin
formula. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. Data
analysis techniques using the SPSS 25 range of scales and programs (Statistical
Package for Sosial Sciences). The results of this study indicate that occupational
safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The value of the direct effect
obtained from the path analysis test results has a smaller value when compared to
the indirect effect which is mediated by the variable job satisfaction.
