The analyzer is double linear analysis that show significant effect between direct and indirect financial compensation to staff work performance by F test and t test. And to know the strong variable by regression coefficients (b). And the questioner test with validity test and reality test. The result show that direct and indirect financial compensation in CV. Indah Cemerlang Singosari Malang is already properly for the staff. This is proven by score of direct financial (X1) is 108,00, (in 99 – 121 scale) and indirect financial (X2) is 107,00 (in 99 – 121 scale). Double regression linear of direct and indirect financial compensation as free variable ( X1 and X2) and work performance variable as tight variable (Y) count as Y = -24,429 + 2,154X1 + 1,930X2 with R2 value 0,792. F count test is 51,542 > F table 2,052, so H0 reject and Ha receipt mean that direct and indirect financial effected significantly to work performance. From t test show that t count X1 is 6,803 > t table is 2,052, and t count X2 is 4,369 > t table 2,052.
