Abstract

Muhammadiyah which is touted as modernist Islamic organization was sued by the member of this organization. It happened on "Muhammadiyah Update" seminar at UMM, Saturday (3/13). The seminar which was organized by the Center for Islamic Studies and Philosophy (PSIF) of UMM presented three speakers. They were the Chief of PP Muhammadiyah, Dr. Haedar Nashir; Coordinator of Tarjih, Tajdid and Tabligh of East Java PWM, Dr. Saad Ibrahim and UMM Rector who is also Vice-Chief of East Java PWM, Dr. Muhadjir Effendy.
