Abstract
Increasing number of lecturers who continue their studies abroad should not make UMM in vacuum. Some positions left by the lecturers who are on study or other programs should be immediately filled. This is what had been explained by Vice Rector II, Drs. Mursidi, MM, related with the replacement of several positions within UMM.
