They also used the three kinds of classroom language. Those are simple instructions, language of spontaneous situations, and language of social interactions. The pre - service teachers mostly used simple instructions in their teaching activities. They considered that the classroom language will help the students to communicate with others by using target language. In summary, the classroom languages used by pre – service teachers were enough good, but the pre - service teachers should minimize the use of Indonesian. In applying classroom language, the use of first language should be minimized.
