This Research used to know execution applying model of coopeartive learning type CIRC at mathematics subject, student activity during study process by using model of coopeartive learning type CIRC at mathematics subject, and complete storey level learn student through applying model of coopeartive learning type CIRC at mathematics subject in SMP Negeri 3 Malang. Approach which is used in execution of research of applying model of coopeartive learning type CIRC at mathematics subject is approach qualitative. This research type is research having the character of is descriptive. This research is executed in Oktober-November 2009 at anomalous semester of school year 2009 / 2010 in class of VII-1 in SMP Negeri 3 Malang. Subyek in this research is class student of VII-1 amounting to 39 student. Instrument the used is observation sheet, enquette of respon student, and test learn student. Technique performed within data collecting use observation, test, and enquette. Data analysis the used is descriptive qualitative and is quantitative. Result of research show: a) Applying model of Cooperative Learning type CIRC can improve the understanding of student concept to study of mathematics at elementary interest finish equation of linear one variable, can train student to involve actively so that student do not only accepting items given by just teacher, but also can be out for dig and develop by self in it’s group. b) each every student activity at study of mathematics by using type learning cooperative of CIRC natural is make-up of from last first meeting till. With percentage of mean each every activity, for Visual Activity equal to 65,81 % ( good enough), Oral Activity equal to 74,92% ( goodness), Activity Hear equal to 68,37 % ( good enough), Activity Read equal to 74,36% ( goodness), Activity Write equal to 69,22 % ( good enough), Activity Mental equal to 69,22 % ( good enough), and Emotional Activity equal to 59,83 % ( good enough). C) learn student pursuant to result of final tes that is daily restating, according to ( school standard) from 39 student, there are 3 student which is not complete, and 36 complete student learn him with amount of the percentage of equal to 92,30%. d) Respon student taking a fancy to study of mathematics by using applying model of Cooperative Learning type CIRC is equal to 73,07 %.
