Abstract

This research was done in the forest of UMM , agricultur faculty exactly. The location is about 530 m above sea level and rainfall rate is about 1833 mm/ year. And this research was begun on may until august 2007 The material which was used in this reseach are seed of kayu manis ( ± 1,5 month ), the waste of tiram mushroom was the prime material and soil and grown control of antibiotik zat. Therefore, the instruments that were applied were analytic scales, oven, polybag, ruler, pail, paper, scissors, label hand sprayer. The plan of experiment was random group ( rancangan acak kelompok ) whic was arranged factorially. It consisted of 2 factor such as: the first factor, the dose of the tiram mushroom waste (D) consisted 5 standard, those were (D0) soil 100% (control), (D1) soil 75 %, the waste of tiram mushroom media 25 %, (D2) soil 50 %, the waste of tiram mushroom media 50 %, (D3) soil 25 %, the waste of tiram mushroom media 75 %, (D4) waste 100 % and the second factor was the concentration of the grown control of antibiotik zat ( K ), it consisted 3 standards like (K1) concentration 4 cc/ 1 liter of water, (K2) concentration 6 cc/ 1 liter of water, (K3) 8 cc/ 1 liter of water. Furthemore, this research was done from seed as research object, preparing of planting media, giving the treatment, treatment and observation. Observation and data collection was done when the age of kayu manis was 7 hst after the first spraying. Then, observation was continued in 14 hst, 21 hst, 28 hst, 35 hst, 42 hast, 49 hst, and 56 hst. The parameter which was observed were about the increasing of plant high, the increasing of plant diameter, the increasing of the amount leaf, wet weight of the plant, dry weight of the plant, and long root The variety analysis was used to get the data. Then, if there was the real differentiation, it was continued with Duncan test on standard 5 %. The purpose is to know the differentiation of affect in treatment.
