Abstract
The theft cases toward the thing of tour like status as a part of temple at Tulungagung, and the last is the theft cases of the status at solo show that the human are clever and charmingly round which have much of ways in doing of the theft. The problems in this research is: 1. How the rules of law protection toward the object of tour for the temple at Tulungagung, 2. How the accomplishment of law protection toward the object of tour for the temple at Tulungagung, 3. what the problem faced in accomplishment of the law protection for the temple at Tulungagung and how to solve those problems. This resets uses sociologist judicial method. Data gathering techniques that are used are interview with respondent/sample from population of the temple of Tulungagung and observation directly the object of research at Tulungagung as the lace for gathering the primary of data. Then, analyzing the data using descriptive method. From two sample of the tem[le that ever lost, the eases of the theft it self were ; a. There was noting protection for the temple as one of the object of tour, b. The institution of the tourism were not responsible toward the theft of part the temple, c. There was nothing cooperative between tourism institution and law institution about the problem of the law protection for the temple. The conclusion, the causes toward the theft of the temple were fro inside: it because tourism institution were realize toward those cases. As a institution that had authority, they should make a distrait rules in law protection for the object of tour. Besides, there was nothing socialization from society about the importance of the protection and continuous the object of tour. The causes from outside it was because there was not realize from the society with the thing that history value, also nothing cooperation whit the society about the safety and continuous of the thing at the tour, for example : temple. For suggestion, it is importance to make the district rules toward the law protection at Tulungagung, in order most of people will be care with the thing that history value, like : statue
