Today the problem of crime rape is banya occur not only in big cities only, but already kepelosok village. The threat of sexual violence, be it sexual abuse or rape was not always come from an adult man or men who hiperseks masher, but it can also be done by teenagers and even children themselves. Acts of sexual violence or rape is not really a new issue. But this damned event from time to time still occur due to various sabab and even the victims and the perpetrators even if more and more crossed the age limit is estimated to people. Rape is a crime of morality that can be caused by various factors. Crime is quite komleks cause and does not stand alone. The causes can be influenced by the conditions that support, the existence of victims indirectly encourage the perpetrator and it could be because there are other elements that influence it. This study aims to determine what factors can affect the early teens to commit a crime of rape. The study was a descriptive qualitative research. The data collection method used is the graphical test, interview and documentation. This research was conducted in a correctional institution subsidiaries located in Jl. Bali, No. 60 Blitar, starting on 21 April to 21 May 2003 with a number of research subjects sebannya 7 people. The results of this study indicate that the act of rape committed by teenagers early influenced by personality and behavioral factors, social factors such as family relationships and broken home, a factor that is the situation, the conflict situation, place and time factor.
