Abstract
Each and everyone need production expecting him to can buy, obtaining or defraying all medium or object which have been owned or routinely can be used to fulfill its necessaries of life. And to children of available employment indigent family very limited, so that many among laboring them as housemaid. Work of housemaid [is] in most cases done by a child. Housemaid of child in general have to shoulder much more heavy work burden than ability of age child. By sosiologis, laboring children as housemaid have to account to feel solitude and sorrowful because perforcedly apart with old fellow and consanquinity and also friend- its friend. A housemaid of child also often become target enragement of employer when them assessed to wrong to [do/conduct] a work. Day in day out [all] housemaid of child only business with its work. To get liburpun very difficult even to give or obtain cash for just religious service [is] they have to [do/conduct] by stealth and not rarely they leave religious service because too torturing work. Because this phenomenon [of] writer impel to perform [a] research with formula of[is problem of 1) How Execution Of Protection Of Law To Housemaid of Child evaluated from [Code/Law] of No. 23 Year 2002; 2) What is become constraint Execution Of Protection Of Law To Housemaid of Child. Pursuant to problems of debut hence becoming especial target in this writing 1) Knowing Execution Of Protection Of Law To Housemaid of Child evaluated from [Code/Law] of No. 23 Year 2002 2) Knowing becoming constraint Execution Of Protection Of Law To Housemaid of Child. Approach which [is] used in this research [is] Yuridis Sosiologis that is solution by holding on to regulation of which can made [by] instruction to analyse symptom punish arising out and later;then result of solution of the yuridis will be aimed at aspect of sosiologis ( fact in society). used Sampel the five of people housemaid of taken child with method of[is Non Probability Sampling. used [to] Data consist of taken primary data [is] direct the than responder, and data of sekunder obtained [pass/through] literature, report or legislation result of existing research [of] its [relation/link] with problem of this research. Data collecting use observation method, interview, and documentation while data analysis [done/conducted] with descriptive method [of] analysis. This research give result 1) Execution of protection of law to housemaid of child evaluated from [Code/Law] of No. 23 Year 2002 about Protection of Child not yet effective or that protection of law to housemaid of child not yet [is] fully executed. Such matter include;cover a) Protection to get salary or fee matching with child work load [do] not be executed or fufilled, b) Protection to get opportunity develop x'self potency either through formal education band and or external education band [of] school, uncommitt, c) Protection to be employed pursuant to condition of fair [do] not be executed, d) Protection of economic exploitation, bouncing and dangerous work which bother education, health of physical, moralitas [do] not be executed and. e) Protection to get freedom of motion room [do] not fufilled or housemaid very limited [by] its motion room, [do] not give time for holiday, to visiting family, to go to school, for berekreasi and for have socialization, f) Protection of [gift/ giving] of life, treatment, and conservancy of Housemaid of Child fufilled 2) Constraint Execution Of Protection Of Law To Housemaid of Child for example [is] : a ) [Do] not accept fair fee or salary as according to amount of [done/conducted] work, that is housemaid of child generally almost [is] always paid very low by employer [party/ side] compared to office hours length they which must experience, b ) Cannot develop person, accessing education, improving knowledge and upgrade life, that is still broken number height [of] school among housemaid of child and lack of society animo to important meaning [of] education to the future (of) child. c ) [Do] not [in] employing pursuant to condition - condition of fair, that is housemaid of child require to get equivalent rights guarantee with worker [in] other area, d ) [Do] not get protection of economic exploitation, that is condition of economic social of family housemaid of child pertained weak economics and treat child as productive asset [of] family, e ) [Do] not get freedom of motion room, that is work load which too much and weight, making [all] worker of housemaid of child have to engage in at 02.00 ( subuh) till at 20.00-22.00. Don'T for berekreasi and or add science ( formal good / informal), time for just rest very minim.
