Abstract

Corporate culture course will be able to create and strengthen employee commitment to the organization. Corporate culture will eventually also serve as a motivator for employees to do the job. Formulation of the problem is how communication occurs in organizations that PT. Parit Padang Global Branch Malang in strengthening the corporate culture. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, scientific approach, human relations approach, system approach, and Cultural approach. This research was conducted at PT. Parit Padang Global Branch Malang. The reason for research because it is a leading pharmaceutical distributor company and employee status researcher marketing staff. The results show organizational communications employees of PT. Parit Padang Global Branch Malang is the four forms, namely 1.) Communication to side (lateral communication) made orally or in writing which is two-way, for example, the Marketing team with Marchendising (MD) should be organized because each of them had a connection. 2.) Communications to bottom (Downward) which has the function of directing, command, inspiration, and evaluation. This is usually done through email as boss targets and achievement information report ketiap each Head of Department, after it informs the head of a Salesman through the print-out tacked on the wall of Marketing. Problems of communication down the boss and the employee is frequently Speaking a different language most bosses have a higher education and a lot of technical language of the business rather than the employees. 3.) Top Communications (Upward), which function in the form of reports, proposals, ideas, obstacles. Upward communication in the form of Daily Traffic Report (RKH) to superiors. To the problem of communication is that employees are often reluctant to send negative messages because they are worried regarded as the source problem. 4.) Communication between employees and customers (Outlet), a form of communication that organizations do verbal and nonverbal communication. "Overtime the end of the month" is the corporate culture, the message conveyed is loyalty towards a common goal. corporate culture has a typical family. "Morning Session" is a corporate culture that must be done. The message conveyed in addition to discussing the issues, reading vision and mission of the company to all employees participate conserved. Vision & Mission of the company reflects the company culture, not only read, but to memorize. And "Meeting Saturday" is always done on the weekend. This form of communication to employees employer organizations. This meeting to discuss the company's plans and targets as well as coordination to solve the problem that occurred. Barriers experienced by employees is not a good understanding. Therefore the "Test Product Knowledge" to be one solution if the boss knows the employee ignorance about a product. Test product knowledge is the corporate culture that we are doing which is the organization's employees with superior communication. Hallmark of the company lies in the Brand Colour is a form of communication that made producers to consumers. The message conveyed is that people will be more familiar with this company not only of products, but of the color you'll enjoy as a brand color due to the similarity of color packaging (box Diapet) uniforms worn by employees with the tagline on the back of his uniform reads "DIAPET, DIARE MAMPET ALAMI" mindset that makes people mermpunyai light blue is the color of Diapet products, from manufacturers PT.Parit Global Padang. SOP formation is a form of communication that the company's organizational rules that if violated will be exposed to sanctions and punishment, moral message that employees are more cautious and disciplined in their work.
