Abstract

Planning of dryer tooling fruit of using oven technique has many made. Generally warmup technique stems from electrics and stove. Embers stone, these days is energy source which still be copious cheap and in Indonesian generally and Kalimantan especially. Therefore, at compilation of this end duty aim to look for other alternative in draining system (oven), by using its the embers stone fuel and heat regulation technique through temperature air current controlled automatically. Therefore at compilation of this final task aim to look for other alternative in drainage system (oven) by using its the embers stone fuel and heat regulation engineering through temperature air current controlled automatically. Drainage method must base on the sun temperature or bases on weather, causing lessens stability in production capacities, and risk is contamination with free atmosphere which many containing dust and also germ. While heating by using electricity requires big energy power. Fundamental idea from this final task is plan a system which can dry fruit as component of flaky to base on microcontroller, with coal fuel. Drainage method by arranging temperature in oven space through valve hot weather and cool arranged is automatic based on temperature censor data in oven space. While processing cessation of system based on water content in oven space from result of vaporization of fruit, input through humidity censor. With this system expected able to increase result of produce of with stock of abundance coal fuel.
