The research was survey research type titled “The influence of motivator factor and hygiene factor to The employee work satisfaction of PT Pos Indonesia Tulungagung” The research aimed to find out the motivator factor in the employees of PT Pos Indonesia Tulungagung ; find out the hygiene factor in the employees of PT Pos Indonesia Tulungagung ; find out the work satisfaction in the employees of PT Pos Indonesia Tulungagung ; find out whether motivator and hygiene factor has significant influence to the employee work satisfaction of PT Pos Indonesia Tulungagung ; and also find out which variables have the strongest influence to the work-satisfaction in the employees of PT Pos Indonesia Tulungagung Analytical tool used in this research was Multiple Linear Regression, in order to find out the significant influence between motivator factor and hygiene factor to work satisfaction of the employee through F test and t test. In order to find out which variables has stronger influence, there used partial corelation value. To test the questionnaire, there used validity test and reliability test. The research showed that motivator which forced by the company could be included into high category. It could be proven by the average motivator factor variable total value (X1) 151, 6 which existed in the high scale. For the average of hygiene factor variable score (X2) was 156,2 which existed in good scale. Employee work satisfaction at PT Pos Indonesia Tulungagung in satisfied category showed by total average variable 154,9 which existed in satisfying scale value. The result of multiple linear regression with motivator factor variable and hygiene factor variable as independent variables ( X1 dan X2) and work-satisfied variable as dependent variable (Y) could be calculated as Y = 8,415 + 0,964 X1 + 0,455 X2 + e with R2 0,625. from F test there found Fcount 43,400 > Ftable 3,15 so that Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means that motivator factor and hygiene factor had significant influence to the work satisfaction. From t test there calculated t-count X1 4,835 > ttable 2,000. for tcount X2 as 2,462 > ttable 2,000. From the result, the writer suggest the organization to make employee auditing in order to identify individually many things that made the employee motivated, outside the effort to pay attention for the uncomfort symptoms like controlling the policies and salary also monitoring which was done.
