The research based on the various organization’s transformation phenomena which was done by Pertamina. Organization’s transformation was change effort which has drastic and sudden attitude and directed to three organizational factors. They were : (a) Organization structure in whole ; (b) management process ; and (c) organization’s culture. The reason Pertamina doing transformation were liberalization era and competition in gas and the change of organization, orientation, organization identity and organization culture. The rapid technology development pursued Pertamina to fit with the technology. Transformation of PT Pertamina (Persero) UP V Balikpapan was changing all aspect in Pertamina. That was by changing pertamina status, law based, domestic gas industry, orientation, authority of mining, relation with production sharing contract, objectives, destination, activity, and fulfilling domestic needs of gas. In relation with that, the organization used internal media to inform the organization’s transformation in order to make the employee realize that in Pertamina has exixted a transformation. Internal Media is an essential needs in organization’s life, through media, the employee could get information about several organization information which aimed to create an arranged condition and creating loyality between employee and organization. There hoped that media blow which was containing directed messages could reach the reader (employee). According to above background, there could be made a problem statement : is there any influenced between internal media blow to the employee consideration in organization’s transformation. If there is, how much the influence between internal media blow to the employee consciousness to the organization transformation. The research object was the employee of PT Pertamina (Persero) UP V Balikpapan in Human Resources Department, Financial, and Engineering who has read the internal media amount 140, while the samples 104 respondents which considered by Taro Yamane equation and taken with Stratified Random Sampling. The data collection technique was observation, questionnaire and documentation. Research method used was quantitative approach with survey basic research, the research took samples from population and used questionnaire as data collection tool. The questionnaire was tested its validity and reliability by using product moment correlation. The result stated that F count 58.335 and F table 3.934 in significance 5% rate means that there was a significant influence between internal media blow and employee consciousness to organization’s transformation and coefficient correlation 0.603 which showed the relation in strong category. So that the theoretical hypothesis (H1) stated could be accepted and theoretical hypothesis (H0) was rejected. It means that there were influence of internal media blow to the employee consciousness in organization’s transformation and has relation in strong category. Beside, to find out how much the level of internal media blow influence to the employee consciousness to organization’s transformation could be seen from determination coefficient which showed 0.364 value. The value showed that dependent variable influenced 36.4% by independent variable. The influenced was in strong positive relation, while 64.6% influenced by another variable which haven’t discussed in this research.
